All business with NetTime Software is subject to our trade policies outlined below.
Purchases can be made in £ Pound Sterling, $ US Dollars or € Euros.
Refund and Returns Policy
We provide demonstration and trial versions of our products. All potential customers are advised to download and try out and evaluate our products for their application before purchase.
NetTime therefore do not provide for cancellations or refunds or returns unless exceptional circumstances prevail and in these cases they are solely at our discretion.
All information retained by NetTime Software is kept strictly confidential.
All records are kept in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998.
Terms and Conditions
Only authorised resellers with signed NetTime authorised distributor agreements may be permitted to resell NetTime Software products.
The Buyer may make an order for Goods from NetTime Software by order form sent by e-mail, facsimile or by post in addition to our e-commerce facilities. The Buyer shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the order. By placing an order for the Goods the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions of trade.
Prices quoted are net of all taxes. Prices are subject to change.
Delivery is by download only.
Orders are automatically acknowledged by our payment provider. Following notification from the payment provider, we will endeavor to fulfill the order within 48 to 72 hours and typically within 24 hours.
Order fulfillment typically involves a registration procedure that requires a machine fingerprint. On receiving fingerprint information we will supply a registration key which can be used on that machine only. Please note that there may be a re-registration charge if our software is re-installed.
The license for our software may not be resold or transferred to another party without written permission from NetTime Software. Please note that a license transfer fee may be applicable.
