We have provided a number of screenshots from the NetTime CS Suite Lite showing you around the application and highlighting a number of its features.

NetTime Server 2.x Lite

This shows a summary of all the accounts within the database. In this version, it provides an overview of all the vouchers contained within the database. This can allow you to see when a voucher was last used, if and when it expires and how much time is remaining.

 

The Access screen within NetTime Server Lite is likely to be the main screen that's used. It provides an overview of your NetTime Client controlled computers, who is logged on and how long they have left.

You can remotely log a computer off from this screen, and have quick access to selling instant vouchers.

 
The Computer Admin screen allows you to send messages to any or all of your NetTime Client computers. It also allows you to terminate the software, reboot and shutdown computers with the click of a mouse.    
Many of our customers like to use a voucher based system. We have introduced a new, easy method of creating vouchers. Whether you want to create single vouchers or hundreds be printed onto cards or even placed into vending machines, NetTime Server can cater for your needs. This screenshot shows the quick, single voucher generator  

This is the bulk voucher generator. Vouchers can be created in groups that can easily be identified in the future. An expiry date can be placed on all vouchers. After this date, the voucher will no longer work.

When your vouchers have been created, you can use the internal printing facility to print them onto cards or stickers. Alternatively you can export the data so that you can send them to a professional printer, or simply import the data in your own format within an application such as MS Word.

This shows a quick preview offering large or small voucher formats when printed within NetTime.   Reports are an important aspect of most businesses. We have provided a facility to produce a number of reports from within NetTime Server. Each day's worth of data is archived on the hard disk for future reference.
When printing a report, a preview such as this will be generated. Reports can be printed or saved to file.   Cleaning out old accounts can be a long and difficult task. In NetTime Server 2 we have introduced a new wizard that aims to make this process nice and simple! The wizard allows you to clear expired accounts, old unused accounts, accounts that have no time left, or if you created groups of tickets such as vouchers, these can quickly and easily be deleted.
The wizard produces a preview of everything that's about to be deleted before any action is taken! This gives you a chance to verify the data and make sure you are removing the correct records.  

When configuring NetTime Server, it is essential that the process is as straightforward as possible. We have provided an easy to navigate configuration section that allows you to customise many areas of NetTime Server. Backup options can be adjusted, security can be added so that only authorised staff can access certain areas of NetTime, and much more.

New to NetTime Server 2.x is an internal web server. This can be found in the NetTime Client section of the Configuration form. Now you can create simple advertising pages, or colorful backgrounds for NetTime Client and serve them directly from NetTime Server. Alternatively, if you are wanting to create complex, media rich web pages for NetTime Client, you can use any third party web server software.

The Quick Billing facility has been added so that you can quickly and easily generate simple bills for customers. Bills can be loaded, saved and printed.

If you are interested in a complete ePOS system, there are numerous low cost packages that are dedicated to the task including full stock control and comprehensive billing. We are intending to add an ePOS system into NetTime Server in the future. Depending on your chosen level of support contract, you may be entitled to this update free of charge.

 

NetTime Server 2.x Lite features an integrated database editor. This is a comprehensive and powerful utility that allows you to manipulate the database in many ways. Records and be imported and exported for your convenience allowing you to edit your data in any spreadsheet software.

 

NetTime Client 1.9x

This is the standard login screen for NetTime Client. The background can be fully customised as shown in the next screenshot. The upper background is optionally fully html enabled and as such can display anything a browser can display.

In the example screenshot above, the background whilst looking like a single image, is actually an html based web page. This means you can set all of your NetTime Client computers to use a web server to supply the background, thus streaming adverts, or simply centralising the background graphics.

  Here is another example showing that the entire background can be fully customised.

When the log in banner has been clicked, a username and password entry box appears. Account customers can log in using their logon credentials. This will log them in for the amount of time they have left on their account.

If a customer has a voucher, they can enter the details on the voucher to gain access for their specified amount of time.

Alternatively, a member of staff can log a customer in remotely for a specified amount of time (pre-pay), or they can log a customer in using the 'StopWatch' mode which times how long they use the computer for so that they can pay afterwards (post-pay).

 

When logged in, a timer window is displayed. This tells the customer how long they have used the computer and if they are on pre-paid time, how long they have left.

When logged in as an Administrator, the login window contains an Administration button. Pressing this button reveals the above Administration Console. It provides easy access to shutting down the Client software, rebooting, shutting down the computer or access to the Configuration.  

There are a number of configuration screens. NetTime Client has been designed to be as flexible as possible which does mean there are a lot of settings you can adjust.

For convenience, we have provided the facility to save your configuration file. This means you can easily load the configuration from your test PC onto the rest of your NetTime Client computers.

The security section has numerous options. This includes the ability to hide the Start Menu, disable CTRL-ALT-DEL, disable parts of Internet Explorer, hide the Control Panel, hide the Desktop, and lots more.  

The Cleaner section provides the facility to delete the history of the previous user. This helps to protect their privacy and keeps your computers clean.

Optionally, NetTime Client can be configured to close all applications between user sessions. Again, this helps to protect their privacy and presents a clean desktop to the next user.

   
This section provides the facility to launch programs or scripts when a user logs in or out. For your convenience, we write the currently logged in user to the registry which can be used in your own applications.
